Unfortunately, due to their compact size, most cell phone motherboards aren't worth replacing. Everything is soldered in place; only worth it if you really like doing it. Otherwise, the cost of a new board and the time spent will have bought another phone.
All of that applies to a one for one replacement, there may be some hardware differences based on the region of intended use.
