Lost access to Members app

Yikes! What a nightmare.  First some basic info: I am currently running the One UI beta. I have the Galaxy S9+ with Sprint.  

Now my problem: Due to an unrelated software isue I had to perform a factory reset on my phone. The beta  software was successfully reinstalled when I restored the phone but now I can't access the Members app. The exact message I get is - "Your Samsung account or device is not registered with Galaxy Beta Program. Make sure both are registered then try again." 

I am sure it's the device that's not registered, after the factory reset the beta app isn't recognizing my phone. How on God's green earth am I supposed to make sure both are registered?   I haver been on 3 chats and 2 phone calls with Samsung Support and nobody seems to be able to figure this out.
