This problem happens frequently. I'll be watching the Samsung Plus app and I'll notice that the closed captions are no longer on. I have tried going into the settings in the app and clicking on Captions, but this has no effect. The only thing that works is to turn the TV off and on. Not a major problem except I miss at least 15 seconds of the movie or show I was watching.
