Bought a Freestyle 2 recently and started having Bluetooth problems right away. Sound lags or chops, making it impossible to watch a short video, much less a movie, with no interruptions. This is what I've tried so far.
Updated firmware on all my devices.
Factory reset my devices.
Unpaired and repaired my devices.
Please note I've tried with 3 different speakers, 2 earbuds, and 1 sound bar, same result.
I have an Epson projector, which I tried with all my sound devices. Sound works flawlessly with my Epson projector.
I noticed there have been plenty of posts about this issue and all users are given the typical troubleshooting steps responses. This is obviously a general issue with the Freestyle 2, I would appreciate someone cutting to the chase and escalating this to the development team so they can address this asap in a future software update.
