Projectors & Other TVsMy Freestyle seems to be dead. I have tried every troubleshooting option but It does not power on, neither with the remote control or by pressing the touchscreen on the unit. (And before answering to the obvious… yes, I’ve tried different cables and power outlets). Please help. Thanks.

Projectors & Other TVsHave exactly same issue, been through the effort of setting two of these Freestyle projectors up only for them both to fail a day or so later. Power light on , but just cannot get the bloody thing to turn as above all cables and chargers checked and remote fully charged. Sending it back again lost all faith in this product don't know if Samsung have got a batch of dodgy components. Looking online not seen much help from Samsung regarding this issue

Projectors & Other TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! If there is not power and you have tried plugging it up to different outlets then service would be the only solution. Depending on your warranty you will have a few options.
- If your device was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service processed.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, for depot type products (Soundbars, Home Theater Systems, tablets, ect.) that require to be shipped we recommend you speak with our depot team for pricing and to have the service set up: 1-310-669-4334.
