Projectors & Other TVsI have a brand new Samsung TV 55" Class Crystal UHD U8000FB 4K Smart TV (2025).
The audio lags video. It starts out fine when the TV is first on then the audio lagging begins after the TV has been on for a while. It's inconsistent and sometimes corrects itself but not always.
Also I can't access the settings menu. Clicking All Settings only gives the option of moving buttons but I can't access any settings menu.
Samsung online AI help is useless in this situation. Any advice from the community?

We understand your concern with the TV having issues with the audio lagging as well as the Settings menu not working. We want to help this resolved.
For the issue with the settings, our research shows that using a different remote such as a universal remote, a cable box remote, your cell phone's remote option, could cause this issue. So please make sure that the remote you're using is the Samsung remote that comes with the TV.
If the Samsung Remote still is not pulling up settings, you can try unplugging the TV for 30 seconds and plugging it back into an outlet. We would also suggest plugging the TV directly into a power outlet and not a surge protector.
Let's also take a look at the audio lagging after a while. Is the lag happening on the TV speakers or on external speakers?
