Hello, after connecting the โSmartThingsโ app to my Samsung 50TU8000 TV, my remote control stopped working and I can no longer pair it in any way. I have already tried all possible procedures. The remote control works perfectly, as I can connect it to another Samsung TV that I own.
There is an official note from Samsung acknowledging this issue โ โRemote stops working after using the SmartThings TV app โ. I tried to follow the procedure described there, but the โSmartThings Guideโ button does not exist under โAbout SmartThingsโ.
