Samsung TV Plus Guide Showing Incorrect Episode / Movie Titles

Where can I highlight a channel (1813) that is incorrectly listing a movie title. The channel plays all episodes and tv movies back to back and each time one of the movies is incorrectly titled. Is there anyway to point this out to Samsung so it can be fixed?

Hello CB14, Welcome to the Samsung Community! Have you made sure that the TV is up-to-date? If so, have you tried a factory reset?

Yes, I have but no luck. To clarify: it is one channel and just one movie on that channel that is incorrectly listed in the guide therefore I don’t think it is an issue with the TV. It looks to be a genuine issue with how the episode is titled.

I see. The program titles are actually set by the service providers for each channel. It's possible the station may have the title incorrectly labelled in their system, or they may switch out a program after the guide has been set.

Thanks for the reply. Anyway to identify the service provider of a specific channel?

Unfortunately, if there is no watermark for the channel in one of the corners or a name for it on the guide, it would be hard to say who the provider is.
