I be minding my own business watching Samsung TV plus on the romance channel and BOOOOOOM a commercial comes on 9x loud and makes me jump up off the couch, my cat is now up on the dresser knocking **bleep** over trying to run for his life. Like what’s up with that? How do the people who put the commercials on there to begin with not realize the sound difference? Do they just not even test it? The Disney world commercial today was too much.  I had to stop watching TV Plus because of it. Jeez man TV Plus get your **bleep** together

Hello, TripMcNeely. Welcome to the Community! Have you tried adjusting the sound settings on your TV? Most TV's have a feature called "Auto Volume" which, if turned on will automatically adjust the volume level to remain consistent when switching between channels, sources, or content.

To do this, Navigate to Settings on your Samsung TV.
Go to All Settings or Sound (depending on your TV model).
Locate Expert Settings or Sound Settings.
Find Auto Volume and enable it. This feature should help to keep the volume consistent between programs and commercials

Please let us know if this helps!

Hello. Yes that helps. The beginning is still pretty loud but it does adjust. Thank you for that but the question remains; Why doesn’t your team adjust the sound instead of leaving it up to the customer? Do they test commercials before they air them? It seems like a very simple fix on your end instead of it being the customers responsibility.
