Hi there, It looks like your TV is on the USB source, but is not finding any media there. Have you tried changing the source, or plugging a different device into the USB port? Also, have you checked the connection with the one connect box to make sure it is secure? Lastly, are you able to access the menu settings to perform a factory reset?
There is media trust me. If you look in the corner of the tv it says SD/MMC and the green thing under the tv (the small thing under enter) you'll see an SD card reader that successfully reads.
