I traded mint S7 Edge mid-February. I sent the phone back to Samsung in the original box at end of February. This is the phone I got via 2 for 1 promotion a year earlier from TMobile. This phone was never used. This Friday, June 22nd I got an email from Samsung notifying me that I will be charged $225 as the phone did not meet their expectations. They included pictures of a completely smashed phone. At this point dealing with their script readers from India is pointless. I can not file a claim with FedEx/UPS three and a half months later. I can not do a chargeback as I financed with the Samsung Finance. Fine print is on their side no wonder.
This is just a fine scam by a conglomerate.
However, there is one thing that I can do. I can decide not to purchase Samsung products in the future.
