T-Mobile Galaxy Note 8 promotion problems many

I just purchased a Galaxy Note 8 I'm getting promotions to have 100GB Microsoft OneDrive free for two years on my Galaxy tab S2 because I recently purchased a Note 8. It tells me to open up OneDrive on my Galaxy Note 8 which I do but Samsung promotion doesn't show? Also uploaded the T-Mobile purchase receipt twice already in picture being very clear and legible in twice being rejected. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

went to T-Mobile today of course promotion is over so am left trying to convince Samsung to honor it. Why do I get the feeling not going to happen.

It looks like the number I called, It was Samsung... long wait on hold,

But basically couldn't help me?

I've been scouring all the Galaxy Note 8 forums to see if someone found a solution.

 

On the promotion thing for Freebies when I purchased my Galaxy Note 8...

Samsung told me Sorry promotion is done...

So like I said in previous reply I'm SOL...

I'm not happy about that considering how much Samsung product I've purchased thru the years.

It's a turn-off.

In the past, I wouldn't consider another phone/tablet other than Samsung.

But after the Galaxy Note 7 problems...

I expected Samsung to be more sympathetic to loyal customers.

If that isn't the case anymore?

It makes consumers like me look elsewhere.

 

Just an FYI: I sent Samsung a screenshot of all attempts to upload purchase receipts.

Even went to T-Mobile to see if they could help.

Isn't the Samsung registration automatic once the Galaxy devices log on to Wi-Fi??

Why do I need to upload proof of purchase tied to S/N of a device?

If I can already see it on Samsung account once I log in...

Why must it be duplicated for promotions?

It should just be a given....

This should not be a problem for the consumers to solve.

It should not be a problem in the first place.

When I went to T-Moble on first days of November,

There were other people encountering same issues.
