I purchased a 85 inch Samsung Frame TV from Costco in November 2024. It qualifies for the 2-year art promo but my Samsung Promotion app does not have the coupon to redeem it. It says "no promotions available check back later". I've been given the run-around by both Samsung and Costco for the past 5 months, I've spoken to countless representatives from different departments, both the 2024 and 2025 promotions teams, submitted the issue to Samsung Checkout, emailed with frame art store customer service, and nobody is able to solve this issue for me or even send me to someone that can. It has been incredibly frustrating, a horrible customer experience and honestly I am regretting this purchase as the only reason we bought a frame TV was for the art. Anyone else have this issue? I know some people have posted about seeing the promotion in their app but being unable to redeem it...but my app doesn't even show the promotion. Please help!
