QLED and The Frame TVsThanks, Dan 2023!
Honestly, I have 12 Samsung TV, including 6 Frames. My Apple TV products always worked beautifully, including my first 3 Frame TV, until I bought a new house in CA and purchased 3 new Frames and 3 regular TV’s for that house. Turns out 2 of the 3 new Frames were 2024 models, unbeknown to me, and one is a 2025 Frame. Both 2024 models have issues, but the 2025 one does not - it works exactly as I expect it! I can’t understand why Samsung won’t support me with meaningful customer service?
