2025 Frame Remote Stops Working

QLED and The Frame TVs

Brand new 75" 2025 Frame Pro TV. Remote has stopped working several times with TV simply not responding. Only way to  get it working is reset power to TV. Works for a bit then stops working. TV interface laggy as well. Whats the fix?

Hello Iansa, welcome to the Samsung Community! Thanks for reaching out about this.  Have you tried a hard reset or soft reset of the remote to see if that helps? Here are the steps to take for each of these.

Soft Reset: Press and hold the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously until the TV displays a message indicating it is connecting to the remote. 
Hard Reset: With the TV on, press and hold the Return and Multiview buttons until the red light starts flashing. Release the buttons to complete the hard reset.

I have similar problem - any idea what is the problem? 

The TV works ok for a day or two, then it gets laggy. If resetting power to TV you get another day or two with acceptable response. Another observation is that the TV  seems to work very well, over time,  if the wireless one connect box is disconnected (located under the TV in a wooden bench).

It seems to me that there is some problem with the wireless one connect box and the software.

I am thinking of returning the TV.
