I recently purchased the Samsung - 75” Class LS03FW The Frame Pro Series Neo QLED 4K UHD Art Mode SamsungVision AI Smart TV w/ Wall Mount (2025). I have been using it for about 6 weeks and in the past week it strated switching to Art Mode randomly mostly when using the Nintendo Switch. Most of the time every 2-3 minutes. When it first started doing it it I would be able to switch back to the Nintendo and eventually it would stop but now it just keeps doing it. PLease help. This is so frustrating. I purchased the tv specifically for the ArtMode so turning it off entirely is not an option.
Hello, hillB, Welcome to the Community! The Frame Pro TV has the super cool Art Mode, and that shouldn't be interfering when you want to use the TV for playing games. We definitely want to help with that.
From your description, it sounds like the TV isn't detecting that the TV is in use and is switching to Art Mode.
Here's some steps to try:
1 - Navigate to the Art Mode home screen
2 - Disable Night Mode
3 - Extend the Sleep After Time - this time can be extended from 5 minutes to 4 hours
This did not fix the issue. Mostly when game mode is selected it switches to art mode, sometimes after a fe minutes sometimes after 10 minutes. After switching back to game mode it does it again, over and over.
Hi,hillB, thank you for checking if Art Mode settings would correct the issue. Have you tried adjusting the motion sensitivity settings to see if that would help keep the art mode from starting?
If adjusting the motion sensitivity doesn't solve the issue, here are some more things to try.
- Other than the Nintendo Switch, what other external devices are connected via HDMI? (for example, a cable box or a soundbar, etc.) - Turn off Anynet+ - Turn off Power on With Mobile - Is the TV going into game mode when you start the Nintendo Switch?

- yes, the tv randomly turns on art mode using other modes not just game mode. Like yesterday we were watching things on youtube via the app and it switched to art mode over and over, probably 10 time witin 5 minutes. Even today when I was going through the settings to adjust what you recommended it kept switching to art mode
- yes, we also have the Apple TV connected via HDMI.
- no, the tv does not automatically go into game mode when I turn on the Nintendo Switch.
