My 85 inch QLED 8k Neo TV turned off and the One Connect box (BN96-56791A) started clicking. I unplugged everything and then reconnected everything and same problem. TV doesn't turn on and One Connect Box begins clicking when I connect it to the TV. When only connecting the One Connect Box to power there is no clicking in the One Connect box; however, when I connect the TV, it doesn't turn on and the One Connect Box makes a consisting clicking noise. I've had the TV for just over one year and haven't used it that much so its just out of warranty. I called Samsung and they said to replace the One Connect Box; however, Samsung Parts no longer has this and everything on ebay is refurbished. Any ideas on what to do? Has anyone else experienced this issue? Does replacing the One Connect box fix this problem or is it with the TV?

This whole experience makes me question ever paying full price for Samsung's flagship 8k QKED Neo product.

Hello @userIXkgXzw4Tq! Thank you for reaching out! I know how disappointing it can be with your TV doesn't work properly. Unfortunately as there is an issue with the One Connect service would be the only option. Depending on your warranty, you will have a few options.

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
