QLED and The Frame TVs

Hi,

I have a Samsung QN56Q80AA TV, Alexa stopped working, it keeps telling me to set it up. The problem is when I click on it to set it up, the box disappears, nothing ever comes up. It is like everything is gone. I don't have any voice options like Alexa or anything else. It worked well, then one day it stopped, even with YouTube. I don't know if an update stopped it from working or something else. I have the latest update. 2210.

Any ideas?

Have you tried setting it up through the Alexa app? Especially if it was working prior.

Thank you for getting back with me, when I click on the Alexa app it goes to the general screen sometimes.

I click on voice assist, a box comes up asking me if I want to set it up, I click yes, the box disappears, and nothing happens after that. Most of the time when I click on the Alexa app it acts like it wants to open but nothing happens.

YouTube is the same problem.

Be persistent. Our Samsung Smart TV refused to pair with my Note 20 Ultra. Out of the blue, no explanation, the SnartThings App just decided to find the TV

Hi there, Thanks so much for posting about this. I can certainly understand wanting to get Alexa working again. I first recommend checking for any updates on your TV. This link has steps on how to do this: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062224/

If that does not resolve the issue, the next step would be to factory reset the TV. You can find steps for this in this link:

Please let us know if this helps.
