QLED and The Frame TVs

One of the main reasons for buying a frame TV is the ambient art mode with the weather channel attached so that the outside weather was rendered on the frame inside. With the latest update, this has disappeared, and I am now only able to watch rotating art, chosen by Samsung, unless I buy the art package. Is there any plan to bring ambient back into the Samsung family of art? My other frame TV friends who donโ€™t have Samsung, have been jealous of this featureโ€ฆ

It might be a bug Samsung has been separating ambient art static but the weather and news are supposed to remain free I'm sorry your having this issue

I think you misunderstood my comment. I don't really care about free weather and news so don't be sorry. I am disappointed that Sumsung in their desire to create more income from their subscription art service deleted the ambient / dynamic/animated art feature. Mine was a mountain scene that snowed when it snowed outside, rained when it rained and so on. This was the one key feature that I loved about Samsung; and those who did not have a Frame were jealous. I guess without this feature, my next TV will be a hisense.

Same thing here dynamic filter just pffft disappeared it accomplished 2 things allowed me to share my personal photos with out matte and it provided altering the lighting based on time of day as well as depict the weather. Why? I bought it because of these qualities and they just decide nope... make it disappear. Seriously annoyed and makes me like Samsung much less. I've purchased thousands of dollars worth of their products and starting to reconsider my next purchases.

A recent update removed the cool dynamic/animated art from Art Mode on the newer Samsung TVs.

My favorite was the "light cones" art. Could you please add these back?

Thank you

This was by far my favorite feature on My Samsung QLED frame TV. Friends and family saw it and wished they had it on their TVs. It was there two days ago and now itโ€™s gone. Iโ€™ve spent hours trying to troubleshoot. I donโ€™t care about all the other art. Samsung, what ever you guys did, please, please , please bring it back. If not , i wont be looking for a Samsung TV the next time around.

I do have the paid ART-package, but that doesn't make a difference. The ambient options are just gone. My software is uptodate version 1710. I'm not too sure when the Ambient Mode exactly disappeared. I just had to reset the frame to solve another issue with the ArtMode.

I made an entry in the EU-community describing my issue, but it is the same as yours. I got some hints to reset the frame, which I did, a couple of times now with no effect. Using SmartThings app doesn't help either.

Just after account synchronisation I do get a couple of screens describing Amient Mode, but nothing can be selected there.

Did anyone else lose all the animated backgrounds after the April update? The "Cinemagraph" and "Relaxation" folders are completely gone from my Art Mode. I bought this TV largely for the moving ambient backgrounds (like the jungle leaves with the nature sounds). It is completely unacceptable for Samsung to remove features we already paid for just to push the paid Art Store streams. Has anyone heard if they plan to patch this bug and bring them back?

As a prominent company, Samsung will never give we the users a peace of happiness. They always get rid of things we love using. ๐Ÿค•

Please tell me Samsung did not just do this. Seriously. I don't understand WHY I keep buying Samsung products, I'm done.
