QLED and The Frame TVsqn85q80aafxza - Samsung TV was working great for 4+ years when all of a sudden, I was unable to load apps. I have gone down the troubleshooting path and have done everything from - power off/on; unplugging; resetting smart hub; reset to factory settings among other things - the last thing I have to try is to load firmware from usb drive which i will try next.
I am also unable to login to my Samsung account from within the settings app - in fact, I can't get the QR code to get created (it just spins and spins). When I go to login via remote control nothing comes back and the screen settings page closes.
Seems like something is corrupted or some part of one of the boards is messed up.
The TV still works great via my ROKU stick, LiveTV, Blue Ray player and Switch, but accessing the apps from the main Samsung software is broken.
Also, as part of troubleshooting I called Samsung support and they walked me through a few things, none of which obviously worked and they ultimately recommended I call a service center.....so, that's not good....
Anyway, just wondering if this is anything anyone has seen and can recommend a fixes? I'm fine running everything thru Roku, but just annoyed that this up and stopped working and I want to get working again.

Hello, useryisMbbhqLj, Welcome to the Community! We understand your concern with the TV not loading the apps. Thank you for letting us know what you've tried - since the smart hub reset and the factory reset didn't solve the issue and that you're going to try the firmware update over USB.
There is one more thing we would suggest you try. If you've already tried this step, and the firmware update doesn't work, then service would be the next step.
Here are the steps.
Please record any usernames and passwords for your Samsung account, your wi-fi log-in info, etc. before starting this process.
Turn the TV on.
Press the Power button on the TV for 5 seconds.
The control menu will come up on the screen.
While the control menu is on the screen, press the Samsung Remote's power button for 5 seconds.
The TV will turn off and turn back on in the initial set up.
This process is called a Flash Reset, and it resets different components in the TV than the Factory Reset and the Smart Hub Reset.
Please let us know if this helps.
If these steps aren't successful, and you wish to proceed with service, please feel free to reach out with one of the following options to get service set up.
