Hi, my Frame TV has stopped showing art. It loads the screen and I can see the pictures but when I select one if gives a spinning wheel on the screen then defaults back to the menu choices. Any ideas?
Hello @Dcamm69! Thank you for reaching out! Please try power cycling your TV. If that doesn't help also please try a restart on your router too. The last step would be to try a factory reset on the TV to see if it solves this issue. Please let me know if this helps?

Thanks for the information, unfortunately it took a factory reset to resolve the issue which is frustrating as having to reload things again. But at least it's working now.
