Good day, have had the following Frame TV and soundbar for many years now... noticed one day the soundbar wasnt connected. Tried reconect, nope. Removed it. Rescan, sees soundbar, but won't connect. Got Samsung remote for soundbar out (never use it). Soundbar responds to remote. Placed it into BLUETOOTH PAIRING still can't get it to reconnect... unplugged everything for about 2 minutes. Still no fix... now somehow I messed up my TV remote, as it won't pair either... All Samsung products. Need so direction...frustrated.

QLED and The Frame TVsHey JoeyK1, thank you for sharing this concern with us. Sorry, you are having trouble connecting your Soundbar to your TV. It sounds like you have tried a number of solutions to fix this matter. Have you double-checked if your TV is up to date? Check for updates on your TV via Settings > Support > Software Update and use the Samsung Support Website to see if your soundbar model has a recent firmware update.
