QLED and The Frame TVsCc stops working, says it's on, must unplug tv to get it working again. May work day or 2 then must unplug again.

QLED and The Frame TVsHello! Thank you so much for posting about this. I completely understand your concerns with the closed captioning working on and off. I'll be more than delighted to assist you with this issue. Navigate to Menu, then select Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now.
Also, you can Factory Reset the tv as well. Here's a link you might find helpful: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077524/
If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this on a case-by-case basis, please provide the full model code and serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
