Can Samsung Care+ transfer between people/accounts?

Hello,

My friend gave me his Samsung QLED TV which has Samsung Care+. 

I was wondering, if there's an issue with the TV, I can use the Samsung Care+warranty  or can it only be used by the original owner?

Samsung Care+ is not transferable!

@adussa3 According to this FAQ (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/extended-service-faqs/) the original owner can contact Samsung and transfer the service to the new owner.
