Can not change to custom picture

I can’t change the picture on my screen to a custom picture from my phone in art mode. The option for Art mode doesn’t even show up on my app like it used to. I reset everything, reinstalled the app and unplugged the tv and nothing works.

Hi there, thanks for posting about this. Just to confirm, have you tried the different options for uploading photos listed in this link:

If that's not working, I first recommend making sure the TV and SmartThings apps are up to date on software. Please let us know if this helps.
