Can’t log into Samsung Account

I can’t log into my Samsung account , I reset  the TV now I can’t download apps. 

I was having this problem before I reset the 55 Frame TV

I’ve connected to the WiFi and my iPhone. The tv goes back to the Home Screen when I attempt to lig into my Samsung account on my 55 Frame.

I’m logged to my Samsung account on this phone, it’s how I’m chatting.

Test your TV network and see if it can connect to the internet.

Network connection is good, I can stream the preloaded channels. 

I can’t log into Samsung account on the TV. All other functions work.

You could try power recycling so that the TV loads the initial boot up screen, and if that fixes the login, then factory reset.

I did all the resets. The software is corrupted  so I couldn’t log on with the remote. I installed Smart Things app on my phone and was able to log the TV onto my account and then download apps.
