QLED and The Frame TVsI requested my QLED 85” TV repair but when the technician came, he asked for a sticker. I realized my TV never came with a sticker in the back of the TV. So the technician refused to fix it. Is anyone experiencing the same? Is it because the model is using OneConnect?

QLED and The Frame TVsYou don't state your model but I know of no TV, Samsung or otherwise, that doesn't have an identifying sticker/label which includes model and serial number. A tech would refuse to work on it under the assumption it is stolen goods perhaps. Who'd you get it from?

One thing that I would like to verify, were you not able to access the back of your television or were you missing a sticker on the back of the television? On some occasions a missing model and serial number decal on the back of the television could be an indication that the television is an open box, or it was refurbished. In a case such as that, we suggest having a copy of your bill of sale available in order to validate the warranty, just in case that you are unable to access the decal on the back of the television.
