When I'm watching TV with an antenna and I try to switch to the next over the air channel by using channel up/down on the remote, the tv goes to Samsung tv plus channels and not the next over the air channel. How do I fix this?

Press Home on your remote. Navigate to Settings โ General โ Smart Features. Disable:
Autorun Last App Autorun Samsung TV Plus
Unplug your TV for about 10 seconds, then plug it back in to apply the changes. Please let us know if this helps!
Thank you for the reply. I don't have an option for "autorun samsung tv plus". Under start screen options I find "autorun last app" and it was already turned off. Is this located elsewhere?

Since the TV doesn't give you the auto-run Samsung TV Plus, here are some additional steps to try.
1) Re-scan the over the air channels.
2) You may be able to disable the Samsung TV plus app on the home menu if you don't want to use it at all
3) If after re-scanning channels, the TV still goes to the Samsung TV plus as the next channel, a Factory Reset may be needed. Please make note of any settings, user names and passwords for any apps installed on the TV before proceeding with a factory reset. The Factory Reset should be in Settings>All Settings > General And Privacy, but may be in a different place in the settings depending on the TV model. After completing the factory rest, re-scan the antenna channels.
