QLED and The Frame TVsHello mrk52374830,
we definitely understand your concern regarding the display of the TV and would recommend performing a picture test to determine the next approximately steps you will need to take. If you're still experiencing the discoloration on the screen during the test, this will require service. If the issue is not visible during the picture test, this is likely due to a problem with an external connected device. To address the external device connection, we recommend for you to check the connections, the signal strength, or refer to the external device's user manual.
You can follow these steps for picture test:
- Open Settings, and select Support.
- Select Device Care, and then select Self Diagnosis.
Note: On some models, select Support, and then select Self Diagnosis. - Select Start Picture Test. Look at the screen for any problems, and use the on-screen instructions to complete the picture test.
Please keep us updated.
Be sure to click " โ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.
