QLED and The Frame TVsWe have a 2019 Samsung Q80R TV that began experiencing error code TVAPP-00148 in January/February 2025. We also are receiving black screen message of "attempting to resume" (audio is still playing in the background) when on the Xfinity Stream app. I have had Xfinity out to my house at least 4 times since January and they can find nothing wrong with the lines or hardware. Friday they replaced our modem/router with a brand new Xfinity one and the problem is still occurring . I have spent countless hours on the phone with Xfinity support also to no avail. I have researched both messages and all indications are that there is a big problem between Xfinity's app and the Samsung TV regarding firmware. The Samsung TV is up to date via a telephone call with their support team. Xfinity support assures me that their app is up to date also but refusing to admit that something is wrong with their app. We have deleted and reinstalled the app too many times to count. The error code problem usually causes us to have to unplug the TV to get it to go away. Now the Xfinity Tech is scratching his head not knowing what else to do. He has suggested we buy a ROKU stick and see if that helps. Has anyone else experience these kind of problems? if so, what was your resolution?

QLED and The Frame TVsIf you read my post , I detailed how many times this year I have called them and had them come to my house .
calling Xfinity is not fixing the problem .

QLED and The Frame TVsFor the last 2 years, my 2021 Samsung smart tv has had issues with the Xfinity stream app. No issues with other streaming apps so Xfinity is the problem and unfortunately they don’t have the smarts to know how to address the problem! They’re so incompetent. I would be embarrassed if i were Xfinity.
