I am searching for Holiday art in the search bar and when I select certain art options, I get the following error message:
“Error An unexpected problem has occurred. Please turn off and on and then try again. (80000)”
When I click ‘ok’ through the message, it just takes me back to the frame art section. No biggie.
Did restart tv but still brings up the error message when selecting those certain holiday arts. I am just assuming they aren’t an option to choose anymore but why would it show up in the search.
I'm not sure what is causing that error message. Please try using the Samsung SmartThings app to access your Samsung Frame TV, You can control the TV from the application and adjust features. Also, open the settings menu, select Support, and run the Device Care application to check for any problems. Also, check the software for any firmware updates
