QLED and The Frame TVsI have a Q80D and I'm having a hard time with the fire stick. It's showing up on my screen, but when I click on it I can only watch it for a few minutes and then the screen goes black and it says check device power. At first it would do that and then automatically come on itself, but now it's just stuck on the check device power screen. I tried plugging it into a different HDMI port and it does the same thing. It's a new fire stick and I used it with my older TV for a couple of months with no issues.

QLED and The Frame TVsTry this, turn off TV, unplug from power. Unplug all HDMI cables, wait 20 minutes. Plug TV back into power, plug devices back into HDMI ports.
This will refresh the HDMI ports

QLED and The Frame TVsI too am having the same issue. I have been on the phone with them about 5 times, we have tried everything under the sun on the stack and tv. The firestick works on all my other Samsung tvās. So it is the tv not the stick. Samsung needs to own up to it and fix the problem, i am a Samsung fan but this has really turned me off. Please help. This is not a cheap tv.

QLED and The Frame TVsHi! I found a solution that seems to be working for me. There are two different things I tried and I'm not sure which one ended up being the solution. I set the screensaver on my fire stick to where it never comes on. Also, I have an energy saving power strip. When I turn my TV off, my fire stick automatically turns off. If you happen to have one of those, plug your fire stick into one of the master plugs. I haven't had a problem since. The only time the power to my fire stick turns off now is if I haven't been watching anything for several minutes and just leave it idle or paused for several minutes. And it's probably not good to do that anyway.
