QLED and The Frame TVsI am a new owner of The Frame 55” 2022 television. I have successfully added public domain artwork downloaded from museum websites. What I am trying to do, but unable as of yet, is to have the metadata about the art available for display on the television.
Here is an example of a recent upload. Note that all that is visible is the date I uploaded the image:
Here is another example of a purchase/subscription image where all the metadata is displayed:
Finally, here is the metadata that I added to the image on my iPhone that was uploaded via the SmartThings app:
Is there a way to add metadata about the uploaded art so it is available for display on The Frame?
Prior to this post (my first 🙂 I called Samsung TV support who transferred me to SmartThings support who said I should post my question here.
