We have a Frame tv. The remote stopped working. We tried all of the easy solutions, batteries, hard reset, re-pairing, nothing worked. When we try to switch the input in the tv using the buttons on the tv, it will not allow me to change any input and says setting are not available.. We plugged in our Roku, that remote will not work. Any thoughts?

Have you checked to see if the TV needs to be updated to the newest firmware? I see that you've done some basic troubleshooting for the remote; I've got a link that you can check out and see if there's anything else you can try to get the remote to work! If the steps provided don't work, please call 1-800-SAMSUNG and ask for TV remote management. They will be able to remote into your TV and see what's going on.
