QLED and The Frame TVs
I have got SOC1001A and 55” frame tv! Doesn’t boot up, just show ‘The frame’ on tv screen and disappears! I could hear relay switching noise from inside, optical out light is intermittent! Is this the problem related to SOC1001A or the display? How to diagnose that?

QLED and The Frame TVsHello, Mayanat, I would love to assist you with this power concern. We recommend unplugging the TV and the One Connect Box for 30 seconds, and plug it back into a known working outlet.
Additional questions to review:
1. Are you able to see the red standby light when the TV is "off"?
2. Have you tried pressing the Power button on the TV instead of using the remote control?
3. Can you verify the outlet for the TV or the One Connect Box is working properly?
Please contact support for service, if you are able to identify the issue is solely related to the TV or One Connect using any contact method listed below:

QLED and The Frame TVsI have tried everything, had a video call with local contact center and shared all the details, they sent the technician, wanted me to carry display and one connect unit to the service center which didn’t make sense to me! I would like them to isolate the problem on site with a test device before taking device to the service, ready to pay if needed! I am escalating this to next level support in India hope they can make it this time! Regards
keep you
