TV is QN65Q7FDAF, THis device does not have Audio out port or Optical Audio.

I am attempting to connect it to my Hearing aid Base station.  It is a Phonak Roger ON v2 that has Optical and 3.5mm Analog Audio Input.

I've tried to use HDMI eARC port and normal HDMI ports.

I purchased a "HDMI Audio Extractor" I have the HDMI eARC (HDMI 3) port connected to the device HDMI Input and the Device Audio Output to my Phonak Roger device and it does Not work. The Device does not have the LED that is labeled as Signal lit up as ON.

I've tried putting the eARC to Auto and also PAL it still does not show a signal and does not work.

Can anyone suggest what might work?

My Samsung TV  (QN65Q7FDAF) does NOT have Digital Audio Out (Optical), or ANY audio outputs.

I am limited to getting audio from an HDMI port from what I understand.

I use Samsung FE earbuds that compensate my hearing loss and correct to devices using Bluetooth. You should get a Samsung ear buds. They give you a hearing test and it will enhance your hearing with a tailored setting for tor ears.

Or you can

TV menu under Settings > Sound > Audio Output. Look for an option like "TV Speaker + Headphone" or "Multi-output Audio."

Or

If you find that plugging in the station mutes the TV for everyone else and your TV doesn't have a "Multi-output" setting, you can buy a small Optical-to-Aux converter. This lets you plug into the TV's "Digital Audio Out" (Optical) port, which usually allows the speakers and the hearing aids to work at the same time.
