QLED and The Frame TVs

Hi, I have a QN85b TV and the source material is all run through my Denon AVR-X4400H.  So, in essence I'm using the QN85b as a monitor via hdmi earc. I use my Denon AVR to access my HTPC and when I use it for say 1 hour then switch to another input, say ROKU, I just get a blank screen. The same is true when I go from Roku to HTPC. I found the only way I can get a picture is to turn off the Denon AVR and turn it back on again. Does anyone have an idea as to what I am doing wrong?   Thanks

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! It would be recommended to try turning off CEC first to see if this solves the issue, as this will occur sometimes. You can do that by going to the following: Settings > General > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) > Turn it OFF.  You can also try disabling HDMI control on the receiver. I would also recommend making sure that everything is updated on both the TV and the receiver. As another option, I would recommend trying a different HDMI port on the TV just to make sure. Please let me know if this helps!
