My Acorn app quit loading on my The Frame tv. I deleted it, planning on reloading it. Unfortunately I can’t seem to find the app. Can someone please assist me in finding the Acorn app so that I can reinstall it?

QLED and The Frame TVsFinally solved the problem myself. Frustration I was having was that I could not find the Acorn TV app among the many apps available. Finally realized that the search function provided in the left toolbar of the Home screen worked within the Apps screen when it was selected. Found the app, reinstalled it and now it is working fine.

If You Still Don’t See the App:
Make sure your TV’s software is fully up to date:
Go to Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Confirm your TV model is supported:
Acorn TV is available on most Samsung Smart TVs from 2018 and newer
If the app still doesn’t appear, it may not be available in your region or has been temporarily removed from the Samsung App Store. In that case, try casting from your phone or tablet, or use a streaming device like Roku, Fire TV, or Chromecast.
