QLED and The Frame TVs- I have tried signing in and out and restarting smart hub...been trying fir hours. No response or help from Samsung. Please help

QLED and The Frame TVsIf Samsung Smart Hub is not working, try unplugging your TV for a few minutes, ensure your internet connection is stable, reset Smart Hub from the settings menu, update your TV firmware, and contact Samsung Support if it still does not respond.
