We bought a 43" frame tv in 2021. It was a great TV. Last night while watching TV the picture went out, a red glow could be seen emitting from the rear of the one connect box and then we smelled smoke. I promptly disconnected the power and took the box outside. I opened it up this morning and there was definitely a fire as melted rubber was seen on the inside of the box and there was black residue on the board. Less than 5 years old!

All, I reported this to Samsung. They outreached me through technical support. I sent pictures, as they requested, and was hoping for some answers and maybe a solution. Silence. I called tech support and was told my claim is with another department that has no phone number. I was told to wait for them to call me. Silence. Would not recommend this product nor brand. It is a fie hazard. Will be reporting this to the consumer products safety commission.
