Pop up shows up when operating remote

I just bought a Samsung 55" class 7 series QLED UHD and every time I use the volume control or the channel control I get a small pop up explaining how the use them, went through setting trying to stop it but can't find anything. 

Anyone have any Idea how I can stop this problem

Do you mean this pop-up:

Saying "push up or down...".

It appears only the first time I use the volume adjustment after turning on the TV. Still very annoying. Does anybody know how to turn it off? It started after the TV operating system got an upgrade last week.

Following because the exact same thing is happening to me and it’s annoying. It started happening after the recent system update.
