QLED and The Frame TVs

Hi all

Our Frame TV updated to the new software this week (March 2025). Now, if we click to sign into our account the TV, it will not open a page for sign in and just resets to the existing screen.

This is impacting our ability to use features and download apps.

Is anyone else having the same issue or know a fix?
