I purchased a frame TV in November and received the free 2 year art app promotion. However when I tried redeeming it, the app says it has already been used. I have contacted the frame.cs email and the Samsung checkout desk email. Also called the promotion support desk who redirected me to emails and to keep emailing-even though I don’t get a response. How can I escalate this issue? Does anyone work in the frame tv promo department?

QLED and The Frame TVsI did call. The only solution is to wait for the frame help desk to reply back to my emails which is crazy. I will keep waiting until the end of the world I guess.
