Q Symphony not Set

The Q Symphony stopped working and while I used to be able to use the TV remote to control volume, now I must use the soundbar remote to control volume when routing the sound through the soundbar.  At one time, the TV remote and Q Symphony worked seamlessly.  Ideas?

While tv is on unplug it. This resets the tv and resolves many issues. This especially fixes grayed out choices in settings.
