Just got a 55" QLED tv. Nice picture. But how do I shut up the voice that tells me what's going on?

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! If it's not there, it should be Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Voice Guide Settings, and you can toggle it off from there. Please keep in mind that certain models do have shortcuts on the remote that do enable this feature. Depending on the model, you can press and hold the volume up or down to get to the accessibility options, and it will turn it on.

Hit menu, then go to settings, accessibility, then either audio description, or voice guide. (I found this on https://robots.net/tech/how-to-turn-off-voice-narrator-on-samsung-smart-tv/#google_vignette)
