We have a 98 inch TV model QN98QN90DAFXZA. This TV was installed with the default Samsung stand. We moved recently, the stand was uninstalled, TV packed up and moved to the new location. The stand is now not able to be installed on the TV. We bought 4 new scres M4 15mm from Samsung thinking the screws may be the issue. We now feel that the screw holding socket (hole in the plate on the back of the TV to which the screw grips) is stripped. The screws are not able to be locked in place.Anyone have ideas on what can be done? Is it possible to get this back plate from parts or is our only option to mount now?
