This one is beyond frustrating!! Please help!!!

Went to set up 2019 series 7 QLED 65" TV with our wifi network and discovered the remote would not scroll down or allow us to click on anything after the first window of setting. We were told it needs to be reset but to do that you need to scroll down in a second window which we cannot do. Is there a way to reset this tv without using the TV?

Hello! Unfortunately, there's not a way to reset everything without using the TV you can try a power cycle on it by unplugging it and plugging it back up, also you can reset the remote by taking the batteries out and holding down the power button for at least 10 seconds.
