QLED and The Frame TVsSo my TV is about 2-3 month old. Out of the box the remotes only worked intermittently. Getting worse. Anyone have any ideas? Tried sending an email to Samsung but the site appears to not work when I try to send a message? TV is great just the remote sucks. To get it to work I have to tap it on hard surface. Works good for a short time then.
Help!

QLED and The Frame TVsInstead of Emailing them I would suggest using the chat or calling support.

QLED and The Frame TVs@bulldogtwo Is it a solar remote? Have you tried charging it? They have a USB C charging port.
