I have a Q60CA TV and cannot disable/remove the game hub. I searched the web high a low for a solution and can't find anything.
It's not an individual app, it's the whole game hub where Samsung seem to promote gaming apps. I am extremely concerned as have a little kid who I cannot leave with the TV unsupervised.
I am desperate for a solution before I reaolve to replace the TV as cannot expose my kid to this. Even before the individual apps are downloaded (which is also don't seem to be able to stop) the cover images on some of them are quite disturbing.
Another disturbing feature is that I cannot seem to stop the apps being downloaded by anyone. The only control I have via parental control option is to lock or delete an app once it's installed, but cannot stop the apps from being downloaded. This is very unsafe
