QLED and The Frame TVs

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for advice on how to repair or replace a SOC1001NA board for my Samsung Q55Q8CNA QLED TV.

My TV has developed a strange issue:

  • Only HDMI 1 works.

  • HDMI 2, 3 and 4 no longer detect any signal.

  • The TV restarts itself roughly every 5 minutes.

  • If I place a fan blowing directly at the One Connect box, the TV stays on longer and sometimes doesn’t restart, which makes me think the board might be overheating or failing.

Things I’ve already tried:

  • Factory reset

  • Disabling Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC)

  • Turning HDMI UHD Color on/off

  • Trying different HDMI cables and devices

  • Power cycling and unplugging everything

Unfortunately none of these solved the issue.

Because of the symptoms (restarts + only one HDMI port working + cooling helps), I suspect the SOC1001NA board inside the One Connect box may be failing.

What I’d like to know:

  1. Is it possible to repair this board, or is replacement the only option?

  2. Where can I find a replacement SOC1001NA board or compatible One Connect box?

  3. Has anyone experienced something similar with this model?

Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
